How to Make Scorpion Fish Soup?

2 medium sized scorpion fish, 1 carrot, 1 small potato, 2 small capia peppers, 1 small onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of flour, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 6-7 sprigs of parsley, 1/2 lemon juice

After cleaning the top and side fins of your fish without removing the skin, wash it and boil it in water enough to cover it for 15 minutes. Saute finely chopped onion and garlic in 3 tablespoons of oil in a separate pot. Add finely chopped peppers and carrots on it and turn it a few more times. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and continue mixing. (Flour will stick to other ingredients,) Stir continuously so that the flour is roasted. Before the flour burns, pour 1 glass of cold water on it immediately.

Add the diced potatoes and continue mixing. Stir until it boils, when it boils, lower the heat and let it cook on low heat. Carefully remove the bones of your fish, which has cooled down at that time. Add the fish and the water of the filtered fish into the other cooked ingredients and cook for another 5 minutes. You can add salt, finely chopped parsley and juice of half a lemon on it and turn off the heat.
